After 10 years he is proud to have delivered 100 per cent satisfaction to his buyers, which he attributes to his hands-on style and commitment to his fair business transactions. “I deal one-on-one with every one of my clients with honesty and integrity,” says Alfarela. “I’m 100% committed to delivering 100% satisfaction.”
He’s worked hard to get to the place he’s at. He didn’t just arrive at being a homebuilder overnight. He had to carve a path that would bring him to his passion – a passion his father stirred in him as a youngster. “I helped my dad build homes growing up and over the years I’ve worked in almost all aspects of the building process,” says Alfarela. “Home building has always been a passion of mine.”
In high school he made the decision to work in the construction industry. He took business courses at MacEwan University and then started an excavating and landscaping company. After five years in the landscaping business he started Marco Antonio Homes, named in his son’s honour.
